Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester-Mayo

We traveled to Rochester Minnesota to the Mayo Clinic for a doctor appointment checking in on January 12, 2020 at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites-Mayo reserving a room for one week. The first two nights we paid for the next four where paid for by points we earned for previous stays and that is were the trouble begins. A charge of $184.20 is charged to my account after we stayed two nights, I question this charge with the manager (Ebony) was like a security deposit and also told me she had never seen a charge that high I told her I was not with that amount pending on my account she told me it would come off my account at check out. I still was comfortable with that amount and question her daily and finally she said she would call about this charge. The answer came back it will come off after check out. We checked out on the morning of January 18, 2020 as of this date no refund. I have called their customer service department several times and several times back to Rochester all I get is the run around they tell me in 48 hours it will come off there have been enough 48 hours. I have been put on hold of long points of time and have even hung up on right now as I write this I have been waiting for a call back over 4 hours when told me they would call back in 15 minuets. We have always stayed at Holiday Inn Express but this experience has soured me. I can't believe we are the only ones that have had the experience. I hope this will wake someone up at this location.
