Holiday Inn Express Dandridge

Business stated we brought in pets, this is absolutely false!
On 05/25/2018 at 0130 am we rented a room for my mother in law, wife, and autistic son. It was agreed I would stay with pet in SUV, I DID! We were told that the night manager stated she saw them enter with pets. This is impossible because it is absolutely untrue! Please prove this or refund the fee! You must speak with night person more thoroughly as her statement is insincere! We absolutely never entered with a pet thus it cannot be demonstrated! How many other people have had this happen at this facility with this manager? Online reviews are showing an alarming and significant number of like occurrences. I am contacting as many of them as I can. Please be honest (night person), you know it did not occur!
