Review: we stayed at holiday in for two days and my whole family got bitten by bed bugs. we contacted the hotel they don't care me and my son had to go ER sins our bites were very severe I have contacted them few times no one hasn't contacted me yet. we have pictures of our bites and also the bug that we killed in our bed. I have contacted them and they say a manager will call you and they will compensate me . its been already two weeks so far no one hasn't called us.Desired Settlement: some one from higher department contacts us.
