Holiday Inn Express - Airport

On June 16-18, 2016, there was a [redacted] Church District Assembly in ColoSpgs, CO Arrangements were made for rooms and conformation numbers were assigned for rooms Somehow the reservations were set up under [redacted] instead of [redacted] Church [redacted] As a result the people were treated rudely and were not allowed to check in When our Pastor arrived he got everyone checked in but later on was told [redacted] people had not been paid for He had to pay for them twice! The manager was rude and told us we had set up the reservations on line which we had not done The secretary at the church had spoken to the Front Desk and set them up We asked why we were put under [redacted] and they had no answer for that & implied that we were lying A motel is only as good as the people it employs.The Manager should be replaced!

Somehow the reservations were set up under [redacted] instead of [redacted] Church [redacted]. As a result the people were treated rudely and were not allowed to check in. When our Pastor arrived he got everyone checked in but later on was told 2 [redacted] people had not been paid for. He had to pay for them twice! A motel is only as good as the people it employs.The Manager should be replaced!
