It appears guest has had further interaction with *** Guest Relations that I did not get copied onGuest had a dispute as to which credit card was to be chargedWe only had one credit card associated with the reservationI had reached out via e-mail to obtain another form of payment in September
and never heard anything since themI will reach out to guest again to see if we can resolve this
