Review: we had a reservation at this hotel for 9/21-9/23, my wife became ill and we were unable to fly, we cancelled 8 days in advance and the hotel management refuses to refund the 2 nights stay to our credit card. This is poor customer service and bad relations to the public.Desired Settlement: Refund to our account or refund check for the 2 nights stay on 9/21-9/23
