Holiday Hills Mobile Home Park

my father lives in the mobile home park they have potholes at least some more a foot deep the seniors could fall in these and get hurt have not been fixed for over a year they do not sweep the streets the curbs and gutters it they put in our coming apart from their driveway is leaving a big gap again seniors can fall very concerned about this they do not take care of the empty mobile homes one has been setting empty for 8 years surround it nothing is being taken care of going to the management she tells you you have all kinds of things wrong with your property like you left the trash can out of letters out but again they fix nothing this is my second complaint nothing has been done I have called the corporate office in Chicago called Equity properties they sent me to a voicemail and said it will take up to two days for them to return my call this is getting ridiculous they raise these people's rent and they don't take care of them I have a petition going right now as of Sunday had 25 signatures in less than 15 minutes people are very unhappy and afraid of Tammy the manager because they think she can evict them or whatever and they are seniors this is senior abuse .with the management nothing gets done I would not go there and do anything with them because they can't take care of their property or their people that pay them every month you can reach this corporate office at 312-474-1300
