[redacted] Revdex.comPittsburgh, PA 15220Regarding [redacted] 's complaint, I fully concur with her report as far as it goes, and I have been extremely anguished by the events that have taken place.About August 4, 2014, a company called [redacted] undertook a promotion at my club which proved to be unsuccessfulThey sold low cost memberships and put on an extensive promotion, but the money they took in did not even cover their charges for advertising, personnel, and miscellaneous [redacted] signed all of the contracts and kept all of the income from their promotionHoliday Health & Racquet Club did not receive one penny from this promotion.The company [redacted] used to make collections, both from paid in full contracts and monthly dues, was a company called [redacted] [redacted] told me that one customer who paid $complained to their credit card company, and was refunded the entire $I presume that [redacted] had to absorb the $I don't know what the relationship is between [redacted] and [redacted] concepts.Any refunds should be paid by [redacted] and/or [redacted] I believe the person in charge of [redacted] is [redacted] at [redacted] ; at [redacted] my contact was [redacted] Neither party has accepted phone calls from me since going out of business.Seeing your business fail after years is bad enough, but to add to this, [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I signed a 24 month contract beginning in August 2014. At that time I paid the contract in full. In February 2015, I received a letter stating Holiday Health and Racquet Club would be closing effective February 28, 2015. In that letter, another health facility, [redacted], would be accepting Holiday Health and Racquet Club members. After going to [redacted] in the beginning of March 2015 to use my new membership, the owners of [redacted] stated that are NOT accepting HHRC members. When I learned this information I contacted a third party, [redacted], which is the billing company listed on my contract. From March 2015-May 2015, I have been in contact with [redacted] regarding my refund of the unused portion on my contract. [redacted] has informed me that I should receive my refund from Holiday Health and Racquet Club.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund via cash for the unused portion on my contract. This amount should be $270.
