This company is the worst utility company I've every dealt with in my life. There are constant water outages and weeks long boil water notices that you can expect multiple times a year. Currently going through a pandemic and I have no water to wash my hands or use the bathroom.

This company should be enough to deter you from moving into the holiday area.

Been having boiling water notice for too long on weekends and they don't work on weekends they put new meters in and broke I had to pay for the repai
To get water prepared and a timely matter let us know when it's repaired I had to call back two days after and found out it was already repaired leaving us with boiling water notice for the weekend and they don't work they install the water meter I had a leak and I had to pay a plumber to fix it sent built of them and I never heard anything back
