Holden's Painting, LLC dba Holden's General Contracting

Please see attached letters.I have a Proposal of $600.00 to fix my deck from Mr. [redacted] (letter attached).  I honestly had such a horrible experience from/with Mr. Holden (whom has made it clear that he feels no responsibility) that I really do not want him to repair my deck.   Instead, I would like him to do the right thing and reimburse me for the proposed repairs.
