I'm writing to you today, in regards to case number [redacted]. The customer claims that her merchandise was not
received. I have attached the authorize.net receipt where you will see that we have charged the customer $137.83.
In addition I have attached the other detail, where you can view exactly what the customer ordered.
The customer ordered 2 different items and we shipped them separately.
The first shipment went FedEx. The tracking number [redacted]
The second item shipped via USPS and the tracking number is: [redacted]
I have attached copied of the tracking numbers for your reference.
We have shipped this order complete.

Review: I ordered a drying rack on July **, 2013 and never received an email saying it shipped. When I called the company on July ** to inquire, I was told the order never made it to the shipping department but not given a shipping date or offered free expedited shipping. On July ** I called several times during normal working hours and got the general company voice mail, so I sent an email canceling the order and ordered another drying rack from a different company. I received no reply to that email but received another email on July ** which said "the status of your order has changed to shipped". Because I now have 2 drying racks and the Hold n'Storage customer service was so poor, I decided to return the drying rack I ultimately got from them. I have called twice so far to try to return this, and been told different things each time (e.g., I'll email you a return authorization, FedEx is coming). In the most recent call, the customer service person asked me to ship the rack back. When I explained that I canceled the order 2 days before it finally got sent, she said "oh, then FedEx will pick it up tomorrow". Needless to say, FedEx never came and I have no faith their customer service will be helpful in this process.Desired Settlement: I want the company to email a return authorization ASAP so I can ship the rack back to them (with the shipping paid by them). Once the rack is received, I want a credit to my card immediately. I will never do business with this company again, and will tell all my friends to avoid them.

The customer can just keep, disregard or donate the expandable drying rack with mesh self that was shipped to her as it is not cost efficient to send a label to return it. We have refunded Ms. [redacted] in full. The refund should post to her account in2-3 business days. I have attached the receipt of the refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Dealing with this company was unpleasant and difficult from beginning to end, however, and I will strongly advise friends and colleagues against doing any business with them.
