I contacted mr *** and told him if he brought back the bad tire we would credit him back the $for the tire but not the charges for mounting the tireHe said that would make him happy When he purchased the tire we gave the choice between a new tire and a used tire he chose
the used tire I explained to him as well as the large sign displayed in our office that the is no warranty on used tires He is supposed to be bringing back the tire for his refund

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
