I didn't want to file a complaint, just a review. Technician went to my home & I was charged for 1 hour of service, however he missed a HUGE freon leak outside underground. Two other companies detected it. Not sure if they have leak detection equipment. Had to pay $85 for incorrectly diagnosed. I have many other friends that use them & are happy with service. Just being honest with my experience.
