Hoffman Floors

Review: We had carpet installed from Hoffman Floor and Home in our home shortly after we moved in January 2014. The stairs down to the basement that were also carpeted turned black in color within about 6 weeks. We have never worn shoes downstairs and the wear and tear looks like it has been destroyed over a 6 year period, not 6 months. I have been calling Hoffman Floor and Home since March and am sick of being ignored and empty promises to have a specialist visit our home. I don't know what else to do but their follow up and customer service sucks, it seems that they have our money and don't care one bit about anything else.I want this resolved as soon as possible, I'm sick of looking at black stairs daily, thank you in advance for your help.Model / Style: Shaw Stainmaster Grove Isle 811SDDesired Settlement: Immediate replacement of stair carpeting and some sort of compensation for terrible dealer / customer follow up relations.
