Hoffman Car Wash

My name is Jim Pand I am the store manager for Hoffman carwash in Vestal NY. On 9/19, this customer used our automatic carwash facility along with additional customers. All of these customers used our facility that day without incident. The location in Vestal NY was built
with the most modern equipment on the market and has operated for almost years. Within those years of operation the facility in Vestal NY is rapidly approaching Million vehicles serviced through the automatic wash. I would contend that within that time the automatic wash has serviced this customers make and model of vehicle thousands of times without a similar incident.
