Hoffman Audi management spoke to the management at the dealership where the vehicle was located and advised [redacted]hat if the repairs were covered by his warranty that Hoffman Audi would pay for the deductible as a courtesy to [redacted]. On 1/15/17 [redacted] advised Hoffman Audi management that his vehicle required a complete engine replacement. The extended warranty that was purchased by [redacted] covers up to the amount of $3,000 for any repairs made to the vehicle. As a courtesy to [redacted], the Hoffman Audi service team offered to have his vehicle towed to our dealership and would purchase a used engine with similar mileage and install it in order to create no out of pocket expense. [redacted] chose not to have his vehicle towed to our facility and has not made contact with Hoffman Audi New London since then. Hoffman Audi will assume the charge for towing the [redacted]o the dealership in New London, CT.Hoffman Audi will install a proper engine with no expense to me, [redacted]Hoffman Audi will also include a warranty with the newly repaired engine that covers 12,000 miles or 1 year.Hoffman Audi will assume the charge for the [redacted]i diagnostic service. I, [redacted], have paid the initial bill of Broadway Gas, my local garage, for the amount of $390.

[redacted] was working with one of our sales associates, Clint R[redacted], since January 2016 on purchasing a brand new [redacted]. Our sales manager, Bob C[redacted], worked with [redacted] on the deal and appraised his [redacted] to be used as a credit towards the deal. [redacted] signed a Purchase...
Agreement that stated his deposit was non-refundable and agreed to order the vehicle. After [redacted] left he called Bob C[redacted] requesting a refund of his deposit, as he had changed his mind. Our general sales manager, Joe T[redacted], reached out to [redacted] to obtain his information for the refund. In order to process a refund to the credit card used we need to have the full account number of the credit card, expiration date and three digit code. When [redacted] returned the call on April 8, 2106 he informed us that he was not happy with the appraisal on his [redacted] but was happy with the services we provided. We fully refunded his credit card that day and he mentioned that he is still interested in purchasing a vehicle with us and has no outstanding issue with Hoffman Audi of New London.
