Latent Smith- Co-Owner has been very unforthcoming in regards to my tax return that was filed 3 times this year. The first time it was prepared he used and old tax return to get information, and did not speak or review with me before submitting. consequently the wrong information was used and taxes were 'hung up" with the IRS. I called several times before I received a call back from Mr Smith, then after more than a month I was told of the "mistake". Now the return was amended, sent ( I was told by paper then he said electronic) in and accepted 1/2/15.Mr.Smith told me to wait till beginning of March for the return. I called on Mon and Tues. of same week and was told he was busy and would call me back. He did not. I waited until Mon of the very next week, and was told the same. I requested answers and the receptionist tells me my taxes were resubmitted AGAIN and that's all she was told by Mr Smith. I was not happy and had choice words. Later the same day I went in Mr Smith was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNCONCERNED with this problem he created. He told me he was too busy to call me back, not even for 5 mins, and I can complain to whomever. I told him he was unprofessional and you don't treat people in this manner,,,, he said he is too busy and for me to call the IRS.
