no car payments were made (not one single payment)....the vehicle was put into repossession.tow bill for the towing company was not paid so they would not release the vehicle untilpayment was made.

Situation was resolved.  Customer had extended warranty.  [redacted] looked it over and found nothing wrong.  We consider the matter closed.
