In response to your letter dated 12/22/16 I'm conveying to you that I consider my complaint withdrawn do to the following reasons.
I still feel they did not preform services in a professional manner due to a 4 month time frame. If Hoene Hardware service rep. had such a bad history on LG products he should have not taken the job.
Being that Hoene Hardware does not want any payment for all they have done I feel this case closed!

In regards to the refrigerator repair. We have done everything in our ower to do I On order to repair this unit. We have replaced the defective parts as per tests run in diagnostiscs. Each time the unit would fail again within 7 -
10 days. Used non LG parts and the unit ran...
fine. Went back to LG parts and failure occurred again. We have tried to contact LG directly via phone but they only deny call claiming bad case #. This is all done via recorded messages as cannot get through to human on Tech lines. Each phone call
results in at least 45 minutes of wasted time. As of this date we billed
the customer 0$ and would never bill anyone unless repair is made. Each trip to customers home in 120 miles round trip. We have billed them 0$.
This is one of the many reasons why most servicers will not service LG appliances. I have asked customer to find other servicer that will better serve his needs and he owes us nothing. I cannot waste anymore time trying to deal with LG. Please research on the Internet all of the problems people have with LG both services and consumers.
