Hodgden Prroperty Services

I hired Hodgden Property Services to complete a home renovation. The job was to take 6-8 weeks from the middle/end of June 2019. We are now in November and the contractor has collected all of my money that I was to pay according to the contract but he has not completed the job. At this point he has not refunded me for the THOUSANDS of dollars I have paid (plus items I purchased that I was to be reimbursed for as they were already part of the contract amount). The job was only at most 15% completed. The jobs that were started, not 1 was finished. Prior to the renovation starting, the house was able to be lived in comfortably just outdated. Now the present state of the house does not allow for it to be lived in. There is no usable bathroom, no sinks anywhere in house, a non working bathtub, flooring 95% ripped up in house down to the subflooring, many walls and ceilings missing drywall, electrical wires hanging, debris from demo in a pile in the family room, the home is dark as lighting was removed and because electrical was not completed the house remains dark except from sunlight during the day. Above lists the current status of the house summarized but there were many items not even begun as the contract stated were to be completed.
