HOBO

I shop at this store alot (HOBO 27 3545 SOUTH 27TH MILWAUKEE, WI 53221...414 643 1226). There was a dining room table I had been watching for a while ....while I was doing some remodling in my home.I was a LACEY GLASS TOP TABLE SET...4 CHAIRS. so I decided to get it....it was not in of course so I had to wait until they got another shipment in... it finally came in I went to pick it up got it home I did not put it together right away because I was still doing some remodeling in my home...so I finally get around to it ...put the base together and there is NO GLASS FOR THIS TABLE....NONE ....NO WHERE...so I call the store to see if we can fix this issue....the store might as well told me that I broke it or I lost it...no kind of help what so ever from this store to recover this missing glass for this table....when I picked up the table and I questioned that I had everything from them the gentlemen assured me that all was in the boxes that I recieved....now I have four chairs still in a box...a base and no glass ....AND NOTHING FROM HOBO'S TO GIVE ME A GLASS FOR A DINING TABLE THAT I NEVER RECIEVED....I WILL NEVER RETURN....THE MANAGERS THAT I SPOKE TO AT THE COULD REALLY GIVE A [redacted] ABOUT MY PROBLEM...WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE ...they also claimed that they contacted the vendor HOME ELEGENCE to see what they could....which I doubt...no satifaction
