So here's what happened I bought a drone I've only used it like 3 times but one motor went out not really sure why but I took it up there they fixed it worked great for only one flight at home the same motor that had been replaced quit working again
I took it back to the store to get fixed. They have my name & number with the drone. I wait a week and then I call to ask about my drone. Doug proceeds to tell me that he doesn't know what's wrong with it said it 'works when it wants too? how am I as a customer supposed to take that I paid almost $100.00 for this drone and it only works when it wants. He also told me he was gonna look into it more and give me a call to let me know what's going on. A month went by never received a phone call or nothing to let me know what's wrong or what they where going to do!!!

I stopped in today to see what was going on
I asked very politely if it was done. His response was NO. That's it just no. So I ask well what do we do it's been here a month and I haven't even received a phone call or nothing. I get the same response as I did on the phone. I don't know what's wrong with it he said. I was a little aggravated I asked directly what's the next step what are we going to do. Do we send it off or what? He then tells me if I want to pop off at the mouth I can get the fk out of his store!!!! I was livid is this how you treat your customers? His response of course was no. So I ask can I have my money? Of course there is no refund... which is fine I'm not mad about the money I'm mad at how rudely they treat there customers. I got my drone and left.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I selected other because I'm not really sure the desired resolution to this situation. I would like to see a response from the owner of this business I don't want nothing from them at all I just do not want people to shop there cause it's sad and very unprofessional how I was treated.

The young man and his brother in law, came in the day after they bought them they demanded their money back. There is no refund; exchange only with receipt. We said no, its on the receipt and posted in the store. Then they tore them up. I fixed them twice for free - no charge. Then they tore them up again and brought them back. I told him I would see what I could do. He came back a week later, demanding and telling me what I was going to do. He was yelling and talking loud. I told him he could leave my store and he got mad. I asked him to leave; he is not welcome in my store. He even called my corporate and they laughed at him. I am the owner, I stand by what I said and I take full responsibility. I don't have to have him as a customer

I would like to say that the drone I had bought broke twice not 3 times what a way to talk up your products. It's a toy they break. My whole point is my property that I paid for was in this mans possession for a MONTH not a week!!! I never received a phone call or nothing. That's not good customer service. And the fact that this man cursed me while telling me to get out makes matters worse. But I guess the saying "customers are always right" doesn't Matter anymore.
