[redacted], �...⇄ Revdex.com ID: [redacted] Thank you for your inquiry and after looking into the events on April 19th, here is our staff’s version of the incident. About 10 minutes after our bus departed from the bus stop in Baker Field, our dispatcher received a phone call from someone claiming to be the husband of a female passenger whom was left behind at the bus stop. He said that his wife could not speak English and was alone at the bus stop at the moment. Although we prioritize the promptness of the departing schedule, for the safety of a single female passenger, the dispatcher requested the driver return to the bus stop. Unfortunately, the driver missed an exit and the next exit would be almost 15 minutes away. Overall, the return to pick up the passenger caused an hour delay on the arrival time. And we apologize for the delay. Please be sure that unlike the complaint suggested, we were not picking up any “VIP customer”. In fact, the unexpected delay resulted in the company paying overtime to the bus driver as well as other staff members. However, this is the cost of doing business and although we strive to satisfy all our customers’ needs. It is hard to please everyone at the same time. Thanks for your concern. Best regards,
Review: This company, Hoang Transportation, LLC provides private transportation from Westminster to San Jose, California. On April 19, 2015, I took a trip, departed from 4PM in Westminster to San Jose, and supposedly arrived at 10PM. After three hours driving on the road, the driver had received order from his boss to drive back on the road. It took more than 1.5 hrs to pick up a very VIP customer in Baker Field, CA. Due to this company wrongly conduct of business, ignorance of customers safety, services and disregard of more than 40 customers' concern on the arrival time, to just only please one of its VIP customer, the trip was delayed two hours.As a result of unexpected 2hrs delaying on the trip, many things were turned up side down. More than 40 customers were victimized by such unprofessional, unethical and poor services. I am filing this complaint to Revdex.com as first and will look forward to take more appropriate actions to prevent this company from abusive of conducting bad business if possible.Regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to see if Revdex.com can do any to prevent from very bad business conducting of this company. We can not accept and allow the business to ignore its customer's safety, concern and continue to commit of wrong doing in such business.
