We sincerely apologized for this inconvenience that this provider place on our patientThe patient was seen by a provider (who is no longer with the company) and she forgot to sign the prescriptionWe do not have an after hours call center which placed the patient waiting one more evening
with her symptomsWhen the patient called the next day and explained what had happened, we asked her to come back inShe was seen right away by a different provider and was provided a prescription for treatment.This was truly one of those incidences that rarely happens, but we do try our best to fix any issues that arise as soon as possibleWe are here to help our community and provide them with the best care possible.
