Kimberly Hills strives to be a great Community in which to liveWith that being said Ms*** initial complaint was about an NSF charge added to her account when her initial payment was returned by her bank for insufficient funds. Our policy is very clear that an NSF charge will be added
to their account if their bank returns a payment. It is not waived because another payment is made and that one clears her bankWhen Ms *** realized I would not remove the charge she then changed the subject to a phone call she had made to me months prior regarding branches and trash that was pulled from the hillside behind her home and piled up in her yard by her neighbor. She had at that time asked who's responsibility it was to remove the branches. I stated it was hers to keep her yard clean and free of debris and if her neighbor had done the work for her she needed to speak with them regarding the pile left. She now brought it up that it was not her neighbor but an employee of mine that had done this and she seemed surprised that I remembered the previous phone call. I explained to her that since this was an issue with her neighbor that I could not help her with itWhen she didn't like my answers she wanted my supervisors phone number. I tried to explain to her I am the manager over this property and am employed by the owner who does not have contact information available for tenants which is common practice in this business
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The message that was sent from the business is from the manager whom I am filing a complaint about I would like to talk to a supervisor of hers!
