 The merchant has finally agreed to refund $2000. I'd like to add the [redacted] was very professional regarding this incident when we sat down face to face, which leads me to believe that there was some sort of communication problem between the GM & his employees. Going forward I hope they're able to resolve this problem so that this doesn't happen to anymore of their customers. i'd like to thank the  Revdex.com for helping us resolve this situation
