HN Appliance Repair

My refrigerator was bad and I called the technician who came to my house, evaluated the problem made his bill and I advanced him 170 dollars to come fix the fridge and I will complete the rest. He came in and after reevaluating the refrigerator he told me that he cannot fix it and that he will refund my money. He took his phone and made some manipulation and told me he has refunded the money and I should wait for my updates the following day. I waited two days and there was no refund, I called him, left a message, and sent him emails he is not replying or answering my calls.
