H&M Underground Construction

This company was hired to run underground fiber optics for a telecom company. When they got to my property they broke the water pipes on the side of and under my driveway... twice, in consecutive days, flooding my garage 1 day, and then breaking the main under my cement driveway the next! The entire width of my driveway, 5' W, 3' D, was dug up, and turned into giant mud puddle during the rainy season. After almost 3 months of promises that the driveway would be professionally fixed and any water damage would be taken care of by their insurance, we were left holding the bag! To make it worse he acted like this was somehow someone else's fault. He fired his whole crew for making the mistake, then shifted blame to the city when the bill came due. Unbelievable!!! This man had the nerve to tell me he was an honorable man on the phone right after he told me that he wasn't going to fix HIS company's mistake. He dropped the entire repair cost on my shoulders, someone that had nothing to do with why he was there in the first place, very honorable right? I will NEVER allow anyone to dig on my property again!!!
