Shoddy work! Girlfriend took Pontiac Gin to have new tires put on and a couple weeks later felt a shake while driving Checked the tires and found loose lug nuts that had NOT been tightened I was able to move them by hand which should not be possible if they were tightened by an air ratchet Took to another garage to have put on lift and tightened properly Very disappointed with this business I would think there would be a double-check process in place for something so important so there wouldn't be a chance that a wheel might fall off your car! Such a simple process to change tires, you'd think they wouldn't be so sloppy but they were!

I called to find out when I could drop off the keys to my car that was to be towed. The man who answered spoke to me in a condescending and rude manner. I was unable to finish a sentence as he cut me off in a stern tone. I thought this was an egregious display of poor customer service. I'd recommend people be aware of my experience, but make their own decisions based on their own interaction with the company. Maybe the man was just having a bad day. I had my car towed by another company.
