Hello [redacted],
I wanted to forward you the response we sent to the customer who filed the
complaint. It did takes us a little longer than normal to reply as I was out
of the office the July 7th - 10th. The pictures sent to us were inspected by
our designer and he confirmed that the helmet's...
integrity was not
compromised.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns at this time.
Regards,

Subject: RE: Cracked Foam
Hello there,
I apologize for the late reply. I was told from one of our designers that
the EPS foam is not cracked and looks like something must have pushed up
against it. The helmet's integrity has not been compromised and can be
continued to use.
Kind regards,
Robert - Customer Support
Review: I purchased an HJC helmet which has a manufacturing defect. The foam lining of the helmet, vital to its integrity and the safety of the rider, is cracked. HJC has emailed me back requesting pictures of the helmet (a two month old product). I promptly replied and they have ignored my emails for the past 6 days. I have the highest end helmet from HJC and it is covered by their 5 year limited warranty, however, they blow off their customers.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the helmet, but would also be willing to accept a refund.
