Hiscox dose not send out email or letter's to let you know that you have missed a payment and then charge your bank twice in one month and then not tell you why an until you call them on it and then they let you know the last month payment was denied and that why you have been charge twice in one month

When I first contacted Hiscox insurance company inc, I explained to several people the nature of my consulting business and they told me that I was covered. After 4 months, I asked them another question and they replied that "that the only services that are covered are tax preparation at this time. Any other type of services would be subject to a claim as to whether it is something that would be covered or excluded under the policy" I was shocked and upset. Thanks God I did not have any issues, in my state tax consulting business, the error might be millions of dollars and if Hiscox denied my claim, what would be my faith in this case? probably jail. This is definitely not acceptable at all!
