This company had sales representatives going around my neighborhood to talk to people about roofingI listened and signed up with this company with the intent of finding out what my deductible would beWhen I found out my deductible was $through [redacted] ***, this company said they would try to work with [redacted] to get this lowered for meI told this company I did not want to do anything if my deductible was this highI sent them a check for $4,which I received from [redacted] with the impression after talking with them that if the deductible could not be lowered, I would get all money back After around a month, they were unable to get my deductible loweredDue to this, I decided I wouldn't get work done from this companyWhen talking to the company, they stated that only at least 20% would be given back if cancelled after daysIt was only longer than days because this company was trying to work with [redacted] for me to get this deductible loweredWhen I tal

Although this soffit issue was pre-existing and not in the scope of work originally agreed upon, we feel fixing it is the honorable thing to do for our customer We have contacted the homeowner and both parties understand and agree this is a fair and a satisfactory conclusion

They came by knocking on door asking about recent hail damage in the area and offered to inspect roof for Free evaluationMade my dad sign contract since he owns insurance but does not own homeWe specifically asked for an estimate for entire roof PLUS sidingAgain, this was only for an estimate! Weeks later insurance only approved roof and certain siding (not all)We sent to home owner who lives out of state and they did not want to do itWeeks later they bill us $cancellation fee! Yes that’s just a cancellation fee For asking/sigining a piece of paper on day one for an estimate! Do not do any business and do not signing anything this company! They are a scam!!!
