I paid for a spring aeration in the fall of for When it didn't happen I was told it would be done in the fall Also didn't happen I then received a invoice which gave me a $"credit" for the missed aeration plus charged me another $for the aerationThe manager Chris did not see to understand that they owed me a free aeration The fact that they also have increased their prices by 60% pre tax is also shocking and tells me the business is clearly not being well managed I have tried to call to request a refund of my money I have advised then through email I have no interest in their services for the future

They ask for payment for the year before March and this year I was hesitant to commit based on concerns last year This year they have had problems (manpower?) in performing services, some of this due to weather and understandable I paid for the same weed control used last year (in the quote) and when it was done NO weeds showed any negative effect In the past if there was an unsuccessful treatment they repeated it without charge Now they say the product has changed, they are not happy with it, but want to charge for another treatment - why would I do this when they say it does not work? I have repeated calls asking about missed services and get lots of excuses The previous owner had stopped in several months ago after I could get nowhere with promises to show up and he stated the problem is with the receptionist not passing messages to the owner (Ryan) and saying the account would be looked after, that service (aeration never happened) Receptionist today all but called me a liar regarding Rick coming to the house I needless to say will not be using them next year What a shame - a great, local company run down

Horrible experience with this company for years They do not come regularly and supply no communication I prepaid for service very early in the year and by AugI only had 3/services performed (with a complaint already as they had not shown up) When contacted about frequency of service, they promise to come 3+ weeks later I send another email and more excuses as why they don't show up Gave many chances as they are a local business My lawn still looks horrible Will now go with a big national service to get some service
