Where do I start? So I was referred to this organization by someone who helped me years ago. This time I asked for some information and assistance for my spouse. Instead of answering my question, my spouse was told 'If I kept calling, they're going to close her account'. This is unacceptable and this specialist, Dave ***, mishandled the situation. I do not appreciate what he said to my spouse. I am the customer and referred customers to them. I really don't want them to exist if theyre going to give families this amount of grief.
Contact by the Business Instead of thinking of threatening my family to not help. It would be nice to answer what was needed as I asked on their Voicemail and email. 5 days are wasted and the first response is a threat? Seriously.
Mr. failed to maintain our standard of professionalism and follow our registration process as noted via correspondence with the client in our company database. His spouse, as required by all clients, needed to provide some form of proof of service.
Hire Heroes USA is still attempting to work with his spouse to assist her, but all required documentation must be received.

Mr *** is the CUSTOMER, not an employee of Hiring Heroes. Also, Mr *** referred the wife to Hiring Heroes. So, Mr *** would like to know how does inquiring more information on the needed documents is considered a "failure to standards". The representative still failed to answer my question even though Mr *** was told that Hiring Heroes had the required documentation. Do you think Mr *** served this country for an excuse like that?
After a thorough executive review of Mr. case, we found a communication from our organization to Mr. spouse was a miscommunication that ultimately led to Mr. case being handled in the wrong manner by our staff. Mr. did not violate, fail to meet or maintain any standard of professionalism with regard to his interaction with our organization, and we understand his frustration in the matter. We have contacted Mr. to extend our most sincere apologies and thanked him for his understanding in the matter. We are implementing additional training for our staff, and are adding additional controls to ensure customer issues receive the appropriate attention and handling.

The miscommunication was addressed. From my understanding, there was an individual harassing the Hiring Heroes Team but it was mix up. However, I can only consult my spouse and I cannot make a decision for her in regards to acceptance of services.
