My husband is currently serving overseas and ordered an exhaust through hippo-deals. He ordered it on Dec 16th and never recieved the item. The company kept telling us it was awaiting shipping at the warehouse and still was never shipped out. Once we did the return request it was stated on the receipt the company accepted the return request but yet we still have not seen the money back for the item!
My son had placed an order from them through amazon on christmas day today,
Jan 31st 2019 he still hasn't recieved it, the tracking went from almost there to package may be lost to in transit so far not a good experience I guess we'll see what customer service does about this problem
I ordered a cuisinart convection bread machine back in July and it burned all the bread. I received a second macine and it also burned all the bread. They said my time limit has run out for a refund. I've been trying to get a refund since July! I'm out $149.00 and stuck with 2 worthless bread machines!! Please help me! I ordered this bread machine in good faith! Thx

Since it was over 30 days, we referred the customer to contact Cuisinart directly for warranty repair/replacement. We do not and cannot accept returns after 30 days return period due to agreements we have with our suppliers. Please kindly have customer contact manufacturer for warranty repair/replacement.If the customer contacted us within 30 days, we would have been able to take it back and send it back to our suppliers.Thank you***Hippo-Deals

I am rejecting this response because:
They said I waited too long to get a refund. I've been on this since August getting shuffled around! I did not wait!! I'm getting ripped off here. I'm only asking for my $149 back. I haven't stopped trying!!
