Review: I ordered a (1) year subscription for my husband, while he is in prison. He has received (1) issue. I have reached out to Hiphop weekly via e-mail, [redacted] and phone with no response. The phone messages says the phones are down.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my (1) year subscription.

Review: I have been trying to get hold of customer service for information regarding my subscription from June 2015 , I call the ###-###-#### number for customer service it states the phone lines are down on a voicemail , I emailed on 09/** asking for information and if someone can contact me , I have also messaged on facebook on 09/**, 09/**, 09/**,09/**,09/** and 09/**... no response except on 09/** asking me for my address and email which I sent back and still have not heard anything
