This company was hired to fix a leak in a roof at a home we recently boughtThe leak was not fixed and the contractor was sent out to take a look at the issueI waited for nearly an hour past the meeting time with no one showing up and no contact from the companyThe contractor finally arrived and stated they had never been told the roof was leaking, but someone would come outNo one ever contacted me to tell me if anything had been done and I had to wait for a week or two and call myself to followup
I was told a temporary fix had been placed on the roof and someone would come in one week to finish workThe temporary fix blew off with the first rain and the roof leaked into the kitchen ceiling again causing a new water spotI called the day before the next appointment to do the final fix and confirmed with Cory that a person would be out the following morningNo one showed up and no one calledI called Cory and left a voicemailIt has been two days and no one has returned the call
This company basically took the previous owners money and ran without solving the problem they were hired to fix
