Hinds Towing

Review: My Mazda Protoge was towed to Hinds Towing. When I went to get my stuff from the car the workerr refused to let me get my pharmacuitical medicine out of the car. He told me the only way he could give me my drugs back is by calling a police officer to watch me take out my presctiptions with my name on them.Desired Settlement: Give me my medications back before I die from not having them or being able to get new prescriptions.

When [redacted] showed up at Hinds Towing on the weekend. He was told by the owner that he could not take personal belonging out of the vehicle on the weekend. He at no point said it was prescription medications. He said " I need to get my [redacted] out of my car" He was told that office hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm he could retrieve personal; belonging at that point.

Further more he was arrested for Dui and Drug possession. We can not release a vehicle for 12 hours after it was picked up.

He can come anytime during business hours to get his personal belongings.
