So far, not impressed at allI read a NY Times article and decided to give it a tryI placed an order, was approved for the prescription in the same day and then, nothingIt's been two weeks and nothingI spoke with a very friendly person from customer service and she said she will continue to "watch my account" which is what I've been doing for almost two weeksNo shipment, no follow up, nothing but "crickets." There are other online pharmacies out there and you may want to try another before you resort to Hims
Placed an order weeks ago, my medical visit still hasn't been done and I'm told to just keep watching the accountDon't place an order here, nothing will happen you'll just be charged
Absolutely no way to cancel subscription via the same website I used to joinThat's a pretty bad business practiceIf you can sign up online you should be able to cancel onlineI find it very shady that a company would use a tactic like thisThis is the only subscription service I have ever used that is like this and it should be illegal honestly
I filled out my order form along with my personal doctor survey and my billing informationI received a confirmation email that my request would be reviewed within hoursMy credit card was billed for the “doctors visit” It has been weeks and complete radio silence for the companyI have sent there support team several emails asking for updates and nothingI log on to my account and no new informationI am currently trying to dispute the charge through my credit card company Hims is an extremely shady companyThey will take your money and go completely silentDisgusting
Hims customer service is truly top notch, and their advertising game is on another levelI only have positive things to say, and I would recommend them to anyone
Package hasn’t arrived it was supposed to arrive today and looking at everyone else’s reviews; it looks like I’m going to have issues as wellI put my subscription on hold until I tried out the kit first, but I’m a little skeptical after reading all of this
