Do not order from this company. They will take your money and either send part of your order or not at all. They do not answer the phone or return emails.
I ordered 2 lamps. Received one but not the other(more expensive one).
I can’t get thru to them. I ordered in November. It is now March.

I ordered a set of five salt lamps from this company on 12/23/18 and my credit card was charged for the purchase on that same date. After 2-3 weeks I began calling to inquire as to the status of my order, with no answer. After about 6-8 weeks the website said my order had shipped, yet to date (March 7, 2019) I have not received the order. I have left several phone and e-mail messages for the company trying to resolve this issue and have received no response.

I placed my order on 1/7, their website said limited quantities on the salt lamp I have been looking for. So I placed my order, it said 2-6 weeks for shipping, which I thought was a little weird but I went with it. A month went by and I still had not gotten anything saying that my product shipped. I emailed and called/left a voicemail. No response. I got busy at work so I kept forgetting to email and call again, now it has been 2 months and still nothing. Their website still says that the lamps are limited quantities. I called and emailed again today with no response.

A few days before Christmas 2018, I ordered a *** Incense Burner along with *** Lavender Incense Cones to go with it. The website says delivery takes 2 - 4 weeks, however, it is now late February 2019 and I still haven't received my order. The website has an option to check your order status, and mine has been set to "Shipped" for several weeks now, though nothing has arrived.

In late January, I contacted the company through email asking when my order is going to be delivered, and have not received any response whatsoever. Other customer reviews say the exact same: When they try to email and call customer service, they get no response as well.

When you google the company, you're presented with recent one-star reviews of people complaining about very similar problems: Himalayan Salt Co. lies about their delivery times, scams customers out of their money, and has terrible customer service.

"Every single order is packed with care by our family team. Every email, web inquiry and *** inquiry is responded to within 24 hours. We truly care about giving you the best possible Salt Lamp experience!" This statement alone is a complete lie and the company seems to have been abandoned at this point, even though people feed their money to them every single day with nothing in return.
As of 2/23/19, the website has an ongoing President's day sale, claiming "Free Shipping TODAY ONLY!"
President's Day was last week. Please DO NOT waste your money buying from these guys.

There's no way you can ask for a refund either as the company doesn't respond to emails, calls, or any other inquiry. Total shame as what I ordered was a Christmas gift. Maybe next Christmas though.

I ordered a Himalayan Salt Lamp on 12/30/2018. The funds were taken from my bank acct. I have my confermation and order #***. On the website it said my order was being processed foe 5 wks. Then it said "order shipped" with tracking # to follow. I have never received a tracking # or the product. The Website is now down. I had sent many Emails and left several messages to which I received no response.

I ordered a Salt Lamp and Replacement bulb on 12/14/18. I received an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged for the total amount. I have not received the order. I have emailed the support email address, I have responded to the confirmation email, I have called the support phone number. I have not received one response from any of my inquiries. Since they will not respond to me, nor will they send me my order, I started to request a refund. There has been no response and no refund provided.

I placed an order on 1/11/2019. They immediately took the money from my account. I received a conformation of my order. That is the last correspondence I have received. I have called them and received no call back...multiple times. I have emailed them multiple times as well, with no response back.
At this point...I just want my money back.
Terrible business ethics! What a scam.

I placed order *** online on December 11, 2018 as a Christmas gift. I received an email order confirmation the same day. The order total of $40.46 was deducted from my bank account on December 14, 2018. On December 22, 2018 I first checked my order status online which showed it being processed & not shipped yet. On January 19, 2019 I again checked their website order lookup which shopped that it was in process & not shipped yet. I also called their customer support number & followed their prompt to select 0 for operator. I got a recording that they were assisting other customers & to leave a detailed message including order number, name, & number & they would return my call. On February 2, 2019 I sent an email to [email protected] explaining the above. On February 6, 2019 I called again as above. On February 12, 2019 I called again as above. On February 13, 2019 and again today I tried to access their order lookup, but it wasn't working & said to check back later. Today, February 14, 2019 I again called as above & also sent another email. I told them I am frustrated & want my money refunded & to be contacted by them. I told them that I was going to contact you, the Revdex.com. To date I have not been contacted by them. I definitely DO NOT & WILL NOT recommended them to anyone. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in getting this situation resolved. Thank you so very much!!!!

I ordered salt lamps on 1/12/19 and have contacted their customer service and emailed them several time and have heard nothing back from them...it still says my order is being processed..I believe this business is a scam

I ordered from Himalayan Salt Company in Ashburn, VA 20147 on January 14, 2019. My order was for 1 Salt Lamp (6-8 Lbs) plus 1 spare light bulb. I have not received these items. I have called their number several times, left messages as they request. I have never received a call back. I have sent at least 4 e-mails to ***. I have used their Lookup Order page numerous times to no avail. No one has ever replied to any of my calls, e-mails or order status.
They took my order and immediately charged my credit card. It seems that my final recourse is to report it to my Credit Card company and let them handle it.

We ordered a salt lamp on Nov 30th 2018. We understood that due to it being the holidays it will take up to 4 weeks and possibly 60days. I have emailed their support 3 times with no reply, I have called their 800# several times to only get a voicemail again w no replys. I would really like my product but if that is not capable, I would like my refund so I can purchase from a more reputable company. Upon their non communicative nature, I have found out they have an F with Revdex.com and operate out of a townhome. Some one needs to stop them from doing business as they do not follow through with their end of the transaction.

On December 29, 2018, I ordered a salt lamp and extra light bulb. Since that time, I have emailed the company and called twice to request information about my order. I have received no response from the company for either my emails or phone calls. At this point, I don’t believe my order will ever be fulfilled. My sole purpose of filing this complaint is to warn consumers to be wary before ordering from this business.

I ordered a salt lamp for my daughter for Christmas on December 1st and have yet to receive it (Order#***) I've called. I've emailed. No response as of yet. Completely frustrated!

I have ordered product from the company's website on 11/29/2018 and was told that processing and shipping would take around 2-4 weeks. It is now 1/7/2019 and I have heard nothing back from the company despite several attempts via email and phone calls to reach them.

I ordered a ***, size XL on 09/05/18 for my daughter in laws B-Day in October. Delivery was suppose to be 2-4 weeks. It never came, I started calling the company's 800 number and always get a recording to leave name, order #, phone # and a representative will call you back. I called 6 times without a call back. I emailed 3 times to the support email address without a reply. On 12/05/18 a *** was rec'd broken and a size medium. I started calling again and have never rec'd a call back. After numerous emails I was asked to send pics. I immediately sent pics 12/12/18 and have not had a reply to this date 01/08/2019. I just want the correct size lamp sent and a return label.
With the absence of never receiving one call returned and zero customer service I believe this company is stealing from people.

I placed an internet order with the Himalayan Salt Company (in Virginia) on December 15, 2018. The website stated the item would be shipped in 6-8 days. I still have not received the item, nor any communication from the company after repeated emails and leaving a couple of voicemails. They charged my credit card the same day I placed the order but I still haven't received the product. At this point, the best case would be a complete refund to the same credit card and cancellation of the order. This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my Dad. I am very disappointed!

Ordered $100+ salt lamps for Christmas presents on Black Friday. Weeks passed and no scheduled delivery. Called and left 2 phone messages. Emailed twice saying I wanted to cancel if I wouldn't be getting the order by Christmas. They finally responded December 19 and said I would be getting my order "in no time." Items were shipped December 20, 2018. Estimated delivery date of January 2, 2018. Return policy states no returns on sale items AND customer is responsible for shipping items back! I would have canceled this order per my original emails had they been honest about delivery. Horrible customer service. They also screen out all negative comments on their website testimonials and *** page, very deceptive practices to the consumer!

I placed an order on August 23, 2018 and the money was withdrawn from my *** account. It will now be 8 weeks on 10/18/18 and I have not received the item. I have reached out to their Customer service multiple times the first time on 9/25/18. On 9/27/18 I was told that they were fast tracking my order and it would be shipped out that same week. When I never received it I sent another email on 10/4/18. I did not here from them within 24 hours so I filed a complaint with *** on 10/5/18 to get my money back. On this very same day after I filed the complaint this company created a USPS shipping label and reported that to ***. Well it is now 10/17/18 and despite a shipping label being created it has not left their business and I have not received it 8 weeks later.
