Avoid this individual/lawn care service. Ismael of HIM Quality Lawn was a major disappointment. He never showed up for our 9 a.m. appointment yesterday. I had to call him to reschedule. We rescheduled for 4 p.m. Ismael called at four o'clock and said he couldn't keep this appointment either. We rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. Ismael never showed up, never called and then stopped answering his phone. Ismael clearly has no respect for customers or their time. Only call him if you have an entire day to waste.","neg-1
