Hilton & Powers CPA's

NYS Taxation and Finance contacted me regarding errors in my 2017 and 2018 taxes (completed by H&P both years). After contacting Hilton and Powers regarding the mistake they made, I had to pay $294.11, which H&P said they would reimburse me (this was October 2019). Since that time I have called the office over 10 times to inquire about my reimbursement, with no response. Either the secretary doesn't relay messages, or the CPA's do not care about my business or finances.
