November [redacted] ( 4 MONTHS LATER ) [redacted] was seeking 20 more rooms at the discounted group rate and at that time....all Group Rooms have been purchased.
I tried to offer 10 more rooms but he refused and furthermore did not want to return my phone call to discuss.
[redacted] had the opportunity to have the additional rooms but did not give us the opportunity to resolve the challenge. ( I have e-mail from [redacted] saying he does not want to return my call to discuss )

Review: In July of 2014, my fiancee and I booked a block of 10 rooms for the night of our wedding (May **, 2015). We were told (I still have the e-mail) that once the first block of 10 was booked, we would be allowed to book an additional block of 10, depending on hotel availability. This past week, we tried to book 10 more rooms to which we were told we were not allowed, even though there were rooms available. The hotel tried to charge our guests $279 instead of the group rate of $149. We have a large family and we booked this hotel because they told us they could accommodate our needs.Desired Settlement: I would like the hotel to give us a block of 30 rooms for the price they quoted us.
