The Hilton Columbus Polaris prides itself on providing excellent service to our guests and meeting planners as a Four Star Hotel. Our Sales and Conference Service Managers had correspondence via tours, phone, and email with [redacted]/[redacted] Family Reunion. Attached you will see the contract signed by...
[redacted] and the correspondence log. We have agreed to lower the cancellation fee as a courtesy by 5% due to client feeling lack of communication from the hotel, but we will be expecting Mr. [redacted] to uphold his contractual agreement.
Revdex.com:I would like to reject the offer of Mediation. This is just another inconvenience for our schedule. We have a child getting ready for college and need to take to campus early for football camp along with parent orientation. Another child who is preparing for back to school and we are busy ourselves with work appointments. Unfortunately, a 2 hour time block is not convenient for us right now. Hilton Polaris is not going to compensate us for our loss 2 hours of work and did not have respect of our lost work hours back a year ago when we waited for over a hour in the lobby to meet Kim A[redacted] the first time. We are tired of debating with Hilton Polaris and think it is very disrespectful for their establishment to demand or want payment when they never even offered us "food" for our event. Again, we cannot see how our family would pay an establishment for a service we did not receive and what service they provided was crappy. The [redacted] Family is frustrated with this matter and extremely unhappy with it. We have recommended to numerous individuals at our places of employment, friends, and more to never do business with this establishment. Our next point of action is to be linked with our strong news connection we have in the industry to get this story about how our contract was handled and poor service provided to our family has been done then Hilton Polaris wants to demand payment. This entire situation is unacceptable and the only individuals inconvenience have been THE [redacted] FAMILY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I feel terrible for a family if they had loved ones planning their wedding event with this establishment.
