the pit with a flash light shinning light on rotors and brake pads. We did not take tires off. John recommended brakes immediately and gave her an estimate for repairs. She said the vehicle was donated to her by a foundation and has no money for repair work. She came in the next day extremley rude demanding free brakes, the owner of hilltop of over 40 years chuckled and told her John would be at the shop in about 30 minutes, you can deal with him. She did not wait for john, she proceeded to leave. No free brake work will be given to Mrs. [redacted] for brakes that are worn out.
