There are way more than a couple or a few washers AND dryers that do not workIt's more like there are only a few that DO workThe cleaning person is obviously not doing their job, nor the exterminator since there is a superfluous amount of bugs and filth at any given time Bad customer serviceNot a good "business" in any sense

Dear Ms. [redacted],I am writing in response to the complaint filed with your office by Ms. [redacted] on 1/21/2018. I would like to address each item for which Ms. [redacted] complained.1. Insects: Please be advised that we have an exterminator that treats the premises on a monthly basis. 2. Restroom:...
Please be advised that the restroom located in the Laundromat has been closed for over six months. 3. Cleanliness: Please be advised that we have a housekeeping staff that comes in every day to sweep, mop and wipe all surfaces and appliances down. 4. Broken laundry equipment: We do currently have a couple washers that do not work, however they are shut off at the main breaker. The machine will not accept coins when it does not have power. We do place "Out of Order" signs on the equipment, however due to no control of ours, patrons remove them. Dryer repairs were performed by a company out of Columbus Ohio. 5. Refunds: Refunds are given when the customer advises management that there is an issue with the equipment.Also, please be advised that Mr. [redacted] is no longer associated with this business. The business is under new ownership, Hilltop One Quick Stop LLC and the on-site manager is Krunal P[redacted].
