I am rejecting this response because:The company that fixed the computer, after Shields did, WILL AFFIRM THAT THE SOFTWARE PUT IN WAS CORRUPTED AND NOT LEGIT! They saw this and when I asked them about it they put a note in their files to document Shields can say what he wants but it simply is NOT true There is a note on the invoice I sent the Revdex.com, from [redacted] affirming that I had legit keys at my house and they were not installed in the computer...I am respectfully requesting refund of the dollars I paid [redacted] ...and SHields should know that if I end up in small claims court I will ask for more because of all the time and letters I have to him, to the governor's consumer office, to [redacted] , to [redacted] **, an filing costs I imagine that would be at least dollars...we can resolve this is he refunds what I paid to correct his practices
