The owner of the business spoke with Revdex.com and gave the following response: After the customer bought the vehicle, she came in on 8/saying she was having overheating issuesThey told her to leave the vehicle so they could look at it, which she was unwilling to doThey made an appointment for her for the next day to correct the issues, and told her not to drive the vehicle hot, because it would damage the motorThe customer did not show up the next day for the appointment they had scheduledShe later called around 8/and stated she was broken downThe company told her that if she brought the vehicle to them, they would fix itShe demanded they come get it, and they informed her they did not have a 24-hour towing service like some larger dealerships did, but if she towed the vehicle to them she would fix itHe said that he has not heard from her since then until she filed the complaintThe owner also stated that the customer purchased the vehicle as-is, and that any mechanical concerns that arise are her responsibility, but in the interest of good faith, they did offer to fix the vehicle multiple times, but when they did so, the customer was either unwilling to leave the vehicle to be fixed or to keep the appointment they scheduled for her, and they will not be refunding her for the vehicle

The owner of the business spoke with Revdex.com and gave the following response: After the customer bought the vehicle, she came in on 8/11 saying she was having overheating issues. They told her to leave the vehicle so they could look at it, which she...
was unwilling to do. They made an appointment for her for the next day to correct the issues, and told her not to drive the vehicle hot, because it would damage the motor. The customer did not show up the next day for the appointment they had scheduled. She later called around 8/20 and stated she was broken down. The company told her that if she brought the vehicle to them, they would fix it. She demanded they come get it, and they informed her they did not have a 24-hour towing service like some larger dealerships did, but if she towed the vehicle to them she would fix it. He said that he has not heard from her since then until she filed the complaint. The owner also stated that the customer purchased the vehicle as-is, and that any mechanical concerns that arise are her responsibility, but in the interest of good faith, they did offer to fix the vehicle multiple times, but when they did so, the customer was either unwilling to leave the vehicle to be fixed or to keep the appointment they scheduled for her, and they will not be refunding her for the vehicle.
[redacted] is a copy of the payment history. As you notice days
to the right are days late. It was a new account. In our company policy we
state all payments are to be paid on time or to call us when late. We have
called and sent later notices several times. She made an agreement to pay $141
on 10-7...
then $75 a week til up to date. Which she did not do, she only paid
$100.42 and then did not make a payment on 10-14 that’s why we gave her til
10-19 to pay. She had someone make a payment on 10-7 to one of our employees
then someone else called and made a payment on 10-7 to one of our employees
then someone else called and made a payment to a different employee of ours. Which
after a phone call from her letting us know that she didn’t know the other
person had made a payment. We refunded her money back on 10-7. As you can see
she is $335.21 late in her first 7 payments. We spoke with her in advance and
let her know we needed payment by 10-19 which she did not do. We hope this

After an illegal repo with no payments behind (and me refusing to pay the bogus $350 repo fee) personal belongings are now missing of mine! Including tax papers with my personal info on them. And no one that works there claims to know what happened to my things. There was also a memory card stolen with all the pictures of my kids and also some newer items with tags still on them. I also had license plates from a previous vehicle (not from them) that they "accidentally" didn't put in the bag with my other items. 10 minutes later at a separate shop they found my "misplaced" tags after threatening them with a lawyer. All this after being told every day for a week that they wouldn't have the vehicle ready for us to get the items out! DO NOT GO HERE FOR A VEHICLE!
Review: So I brought a [redacted] from Hillside motors in [redacted] back in February and the warranty on it said "As Is" which basically saying whatever happens to the car is my responsibility, which is really messed up. I only had the car for two weeks and my motor started knocking and the dealership knew that something was wrong with the motor and did something to it for it not smoke because every time turn around i'm having to put oil in it because th oil light would come on. So, later down the road my motor started to knocking and then I called them and told them that they need to come and get the car which they did I had already made my fist payment, but when they had picked up the car I kept calling them and to figure out what they were going to do with the car and to see if they were going to give me my money back which was $634. They told me that they wasn't going to do that. All i'm asking is for my money back because a few of my friends had a problem with them as well. They have sued them for it and I'm like this, as many people who have sued them, why are they still in business? I just want my money back so I won't have to take it further.Desired Settlement: I didn't get my money back from them nor did I get another car. Basically it back to square one which is finding another car.

Sincerely,
I asked for assistance with a couple brands I WAS looking for and the man I spoke with, said he was the "Owner". This guy was horribly rude and said he had two customers to take and no time to go over inventory, which was fine so I asked when shall I call back because I only had a few to inquire on and he started to rush me off the phone. I told him you don't have to be rude it's just a couple I'll call later but then he was offended after that and abruptly yelled, "I'M THE OWNER AND I DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS ANYWAY", then he hung up in my face! Wow I WAS appalled I've never encountered such.
