It’s unfortunate that this happened and we want our customers to know that we care about their needsOur company believes in outstanding service and we stand by our quality of work and every car that goes to our shop gets a thorough pre and post inspectionHowever, when this incident had occurred
and was brought to our attention the manager of the shop replaced the cap but would never had "accepted his mistake"We treat our customers and their vehicles with respect and we would want them to come back so we do our best to make them happy so when that means replacing a cap, we do itAlso our company provides towing services to our customers through our accredited towing company which is called Action Towing and they quoted us $to tow a car from San Jose to San MateoWe also called a few other towing companies in the area and we got the same price so in good faith we would like to settle this claim for no more than $
