We recently received a copy of this complaint. Previously it was being addressed to an employee that no longer works here and to an incorrect address. As for the unwanted deliveries, we have reviewed this error with the local independent contractor in the area and they will be sure to review...

with their carrier. Your address is not on any list that we provide to the local contractor. One of our employees verified non-delivery here today (6/22/16) and we will do periodic field checks until we are confident that it is resolved.
